Robin O'Donnell joined the Park Avenue Group in September of 2013, where she heads up the banking recruitment for the Northeastern US.

Prior to joining Park Avenue, Robin was President of O'Donnell & Company, an executive recruiting firm specializing in the placement of employee benefits professionals nationwide.  O'Donnell & Company was located in Bucks County, PA and she owned and operated the firm for 14 years.

She began her career at Sales Consultants of Newtown, PA, where she led the employee benefits team for 9 years. After their last child went off to college, Robin and her husband moved to Florida where she was recruited by the Park Avenue Group.
