Park Avenue Group in conjunction with Angott Search Group has partnered with a publicly traded bank to recruit for a results-driven and experienced Middle Market Commercial Lender for the Miami-Dade marketplace. This position is open in response to the previous lender receiving a well-deserved promotion on the commercial lending team.

What our client is seeking in a qualified candidate is as follows:

• Bi-lingual, must also be fluent in Spanish
• Currently reside in the Miami-Dade area
• Solid and successful experience in lending C&I businesses between $15M-$100M (note they don’t do stand-alone CRE)
• Strong familiarity of the Miami Dade county business marketplace
• Strong appetite for being a go-getter and aggressive “hunter”, this position is not for farmers
• Excellent credit skills are highly desired
