- Current commercial lending experience as a Business Banker or Commercial Lender and working with credits of $1m to $20m.
- Strong track record of successfully achieving your assigned goals year after year (loans, deposits, and fees).
- A great teamwork attitude; a self-starter and self-motivated but knows when and how to effectively collaborate to get your client’s needs met.
- Must be competent in credit analysis with either formal or on-the-job training.
