Here is what our client requests:

• 5+ years experience in a middle market commercial lending to skilled nursing or assisted living facilities currently working in the New York market area for another large, top tier regional or national bank.
• Proven track record of performance consisting of loan production and portfolio management.
• Formal credit training and underwriting experience.
• A college degree or requisite experience.
• No relocations please.
