Robin joined Park Avenue Group in 2014 and has since played a pivotal role in leading banking recruitment efforts across the Northeastern United States. Throughout her tenure, she has been instrumental in partnering with financial institutions to identify and place high-impact talent, while building lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.

In 2023, Park Avenue Group joined Angott Search Group, further strengthening its capabilities and expanding its reach. Robin was an integral part of this transition, helping ensure continuity, quality, and client success.
